a romantic escape in the heart of it all..

perfect location staff friendliness room cleanliness

I adored the perfect location. Many shops were nearby for a spontaneous shopping trip!!! getting to all the sights was also very easy. the staff's friendliness. the hotel also provided flexibility with an automatic check-in system. my room was spacious and very clean. towel changes occurred every morning. This was a nice touch.

The room's single lock concerned me. An additional latch would increase security. i also heard noises through the thin walls during the night. this impacted my overall peace of mind and sleep quality.

The location was superb. Close to the underground it provided easy access to the city center. it was quite convenient to walk to the museum quarter in just twenty minutes. i found very friendly and helpful staff ready to assist. good shops and restaurants nearby added to the convenience.

the absence of an elevator in this building was less than optimal, particularly given the several flights of stairs i needed to climb with my luggage.

the staff was genuinely friendly and always eager to help with directions and suggestions. their warm smiles and helpful attitude added positively to my experience, they helped me with all my questions.

The hotel sit close to a U-Bahn station. This location is very useful. The breakfast include many option. I also note the staff are amicable. The price aligns with the benefit.

The room I occupy is a little tight, and not a huge space to move around a lot.

I appreciated that the hotel was close to public transport. The U3 subway line made it easy to reach the city center. A shopping center next door offered convenient options for meals , and I enjoyed having breakfast there.

great location continental breakfast cooked breakfast chipped walls ripped chair dated room

the location was indeed great. it was close to many places i wanted to see. breakfast included both continental and cooked options, amazing!!! housekeeping came daily and changed towels.

the room looked a bit dated. i noticed chipped walls. the chair also had a rip. it wasn't great.
